This session combines Reiki with crystals placed on and around the body. Reiki is a gentle, hands-on healing modality that is ideal for reducing stress and anxiety, as well as grounding, clearing, and balancing your energy field. Reiki gently shifts you from fight-or-flight to deep rest and relaxation. Crystal healing incorporates the unique vibrational frequencies and energetic qualities of crystals to complement the Reiki experience.
